Deron Beal has filed a lawsuit against Tim Oey and his wife for in excess of $225,000 claiming damages against the "Good Name" of The Freecycle Network.
Go to the forums for the latest updates on this ongoing saga including quotes from Deron himself. The court documents are being posted to the Files section as they become available.
The GreenRibbon site is acting as a News and Information source for the lawsuits involving TFN and claims full First Amendment Rights to make this information publicly available.

A new batch of case documents have been added to the Files section. They are all prefixed with TFNvsOEY and are numbered in the order that I have received them.
We have also converted the documents from PDF to HTML for those who do not have access to a PDF reader or otherwise prefer to view these files as HTML.

The purpose of this site is to keep interested parties informed of the legal battle against The Freecycle Network.
This site is still under construction and documentation is still being gathered. Please feel free to share any information you may have.
